They are very professional and work to get your car serviced nicely. I went in for an oil change and questions on what was going on with my brakes. They completed everything in a timely manner. My only slight complaint would be the pricing seems a bit more than a local mechanic, but I'm not too hung up on it since they specialize in servicing Subarus.

Looking for a used car, I went to a lot of dealerships and dealt with a lot of salespeople. The service at Kerven Subaru really stood out against the rest. It was luck that they had the perfect car for me, but I walked away from a quite a few other cars that could have been perfect as well over service. Kerven Subaru got me the best deal and did all that they could to make the sale go as smoothly and as quickly as possible. The customer service was wonderful and i'll absolutely be sure to go back.
