It was so easy to search for the vehicle I wanted and when I inquired about its availability I was contacted by the Lillington site. I was immediately called, texted and emailed. But they could not tell me if it was still available. When I inquired about financing, Shane S. from Fuquay emailed me and was able to confirm that vehicle was available and in Fuquay. I made an appointment for a test drive. On the day of my appointment, we walked in and Michael T. immediately assisted us, brought the vehicle up and went on the test drive. He answered all our questions about it and set me up with the OnStar and the my chevy app. We will be back in about 2 years for a truck for my husband.

I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro on Friday, April the 26th to get my oil changed & tires rotated. Upon check-in, I was told that one of my air pressure sensors was out/bad. The gentleman asked if I wanted them to check it while there. Sure!! When I left, NONE of the sensors were working! I called the service department and was told that it should reset. After driving about 80 miles it had NOT RESET. I set appointment to take car back for it to be checked. I was then told that when the sensors are tested it knocks ALL of them out. If that had been told to me (if I had been aware) that the outcome was as it is now, I would NOT have had it tested! This is BAD customer service all around. Now I'm driving around without any tire pressure sensors working. Thanks alot....NOT!!!!

I wanted a blue truck, only found red, black and white. They searched and found me a 2026 Colorado that was loaded with everything I wanted and more in another state. When I returned, Natalia finished the paperwork and ensured that I received all discounts that was offered at time of sale. Great experience only problem was that I served and retired from Marine Corps after 28 years and because the website was not working correctly, my military discount could not be applied. I asked if a copy of my retired ID card be enough but the dealership said that it has to be done through this website therefore I could not get the discount. In the end I had to pay 500 dollars more than I wanted to but other than that experience was good.

This one is kinda tricky I have 2 experiences that ultimately leads to this review first experience I go there talk to a salesman who was really good wasn't pushy at all listen to what I said I wanted and the price I wanted to pair found me a couple of trucks as he's pulling the trucks up for me to look at the manager comes over he ask me a few questions told me he try to make a deal with me today on buying a truck ok cool I find the perfect truck I test drive it and everything ok this the one we go inside I say let's talk numbers manager gives me a out the door price to my surprise it meets my numbers I didn't even negotiate which that's my thing lol now mind you this is a cash buy I already have the money so it's no financing things is I forgot check in my girlfriends car and it's almost closing time so I'm asking could y'all hold it or what can we do about it because it's almost closing time so they're like let's just do all paperwork then tomorrow just bring the check and it's done so I do all paperwork and leave the truck is mine all day I'm excited because I have a truck finally after all my life having cars finally a truck so I agreed to come after work the next day forgot to mention I live in the neighborhood of this dealership if you know the location but anyway all day excited get off work get the check I add insurance to the truck me and my lady goes to get the truck and the truck has been sold gone picked up that night apparently all that paperwork all the excitement all for nothing they offered me other trucks to try and help but they were all settle trucks to try and fix their mistake nothing they showed me stood out that truck being sold kinda ruined it for me like I really don't even wanna shop around anymore dealing with dealerships over and over is a hassle and finding one that had what you wanted just to get it snatched away like that is tough they have other trucks like the one I wanted but at a higher price that I'm not willing to pay that's what made that the perfect sucks big time back to the drawing board now !!! I am a man of 67 years, and have purchased many vehicles. This dealership is by far the WORST I have ever dealt with. I leased a 2026 Colorado on Feb 5 2026. I traded in a 2019 Toyota Rav 4, I had a military tag which I told them I wanted transfered to the truck. After the ride home I discovered the lights were much to dim for me.( that's how long we were in dealership). The next day I went back to dealership to return vehicle. They found a vehicle I wanted to purchase however, it was at a different dealership and they would have it delivered to Shallotte NC. Finally Feb 19th they said the truck is ready for pick up. In which I picked up and was happy with vehicle. Today March 11 2026 I received a letter from South Carolona (where I live) stating my registration and license would be suspended b/c the Toyota which I traded in had no insurance. So, from Feb 5th to today Mar 17th SCDMV has no recorded paperwork in their database to justify my story. I had to go to SCDMV and prove to them with the paperwork I had that Capital Chevy actually took possession of said vehicle. After me filling out a form 460 at the SCDMV the suspension has been halted. However, SCDMV still has no paperwork to honor my transfer of military tag. I only discovered all of this b/c my voicemails went unanswered. I was told by Capital Chevy they never received any calls from me. I feel like a can being kicked down the road over and over again. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anybody, even my enemies. Very disappointed and feeling used.
