I just want to reiterate again that everyone at this deal ship is so helpful. From the sales rep to the sales manager to the finance manager and everyone in between everyone greeted me with a smile shook my hand and offered to help. Now this is not uncommon at dealerships but what makes this one different is they actually followed through on their promises. They went above and beyond to ensure my family was handled and I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other dealer. Had a great experience this past Friday working with both Rich and Carl. I was able to get everything agreed to and arranged before even stepping into the dealership and requested everything be ready when I arrived due to a work obligation. When I arrived, the car was detailed and ready to go and paperwork was prepared. I was in and out in less than an hour and Carl was able to get it done with a lower interest rate than my credit union was offering. Overall great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Rich again.

There was no pressure and the entire process was so easy.
