End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through - Mark.sweeney32

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.

We had the most pleasant and informative experience at - Jsekerman

We had the most pleasant and informative experience at Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram when we stopped by the check out new models we were interested in. The young man who helped us, Chase Cato, was so knowledgeable about all the inventory, very polite and gave us all the info we were looking for and then some. We informed him that we were fact-finding and he still exhibited the same enthusiasm about the vehicles even though we told him we weren’t ready to buy that day. We will surely contact him when we have decided exactly what we want! We are confident that he is someone we can trust to give us the best buy for our budget.

We brought our truck in for a oil change last week. - slowjen73

We brought our truck in for a oil change last week. While we waited we walked around the lot, looking at vehicles. With our experience with the truck we bought. We were absolutely sure we would never buy a Chevrolet again. Until a salesman named Jacob Spell came out, he wasn't pushy like most we have encountered on the lot. He asked if we were waiting for service? We told him yes. He asked us if we would like to test out a Tahoe. We were hesitant at first, but he said it would get us out of the cold. So we went. While we were driving he went over all the features of the vehicle and explained a lot about the difference in some different vehicles. He was a very good salesman. We told him we would be looking around February or March for a vehicle. And that he has gave us reassurance in Chevrolet and that we will be glad to try again. So if anyone is looking to buy a new vehicle please go see Jacob Spell at Reed Lallier Chevrolet on Raeford rd in Fayetteville NC. He's a wonderful person. Have a wonderful day 😊.

Having worked in car sales for 12 years has left me with - Daniel H

Having worked in car sales for 12 years has left me with certain expectations when making a vehicle purchase. My salesperson Cynthia was outstanding providing the numbers I needed and keeping me informed on the vehicles progress while it was in transit. The managers were willing to work with me and provided me with an outstanding discount going above and beyond. I really appreciate this team of professionals and highly recommend their dealership for any of your car buying needs. I do not give my recommendation lightly!

Rahmik was an absolute pleasure to work with. - Nchaplin68

Rahmik was an absolute pleasure to work with. He guided my friend through the entire car‑buying process with patience, understanding, and a level of kindness that truly stood out. He listened carefully, never rushed her decisions, and made sure she felt confident every step of the way. Thanks to his professionalism and genuine care, she drove away in her dream car — and we left feeling deeply appreciative of the experience he created. It’s rare to meet someone so committed to making customers feel valued, and Rahmik exceeded every expectation.

Great people to work with. - rml427cobra

Great people to work with. Worked with Paul (service writer) previously, and he is the best by far. Customer service seems to be job #1. Communication is always very good, which is a challenge to many companies. Sales department is also very good, and Michael Griffiths was great to work with. I highly recommend Capitol Ford.

1FAFP90S25Y400006 - The dealership is selling this 2005 - Clutch

1FAFP90S25Y400006 - The dealership is selling this 2005 Ford GT that had many visible as well as hidden issues. Had I not done a $500 PPI (pre purchase inspection) I am fairly certain none of the issues would have been described. Dealers' jobs are to sell cars, I get that, but knowingly selling a car with severe issues is yet another. After they picked up the car from my disastrous review, which was done by Fred Ficken Ford nearby, the car went right back up for sale. Why am I writing this? If someone searches this vin number, hopefully they will order a PPI and know NOT to buy this car. Issues? Brakes are shot, rotors are cracking, shocks are gone, shocks are not original to the car, tranmission may have been dropped from the car, undercarriage damage, all 4 wheels need to be replaced, not reprayed, but replaced (which is very hard to source), tires are from 2008 and need to be replaced, CLUTCH IS SHOT, and a host of other issues. The mechanic reported paint work on rear bumper as well as burn marks on body paint from "buffing" issues. The doors do not line up on either side of the car and stripes are off for this reason when viewing from the side. Interior has damage on console as well as "odd damage consistent with possibly removing the seats" as the car is believed to have been heavily tracked. This car will take $50,000 just to make is driveable but it is unlikely to be original and after all the above, 1/3 of the car will need to be replaced. Clutch is so bad and slipping is happening already, it is about a $10,000-15,000 job to replace the clutch and re-assemble it. Hopefull you are reading this. McLaren Charlotte was very nice, and delivered the car for its PPI the day after I called - but the car is a disaster and nobody should entertain buying it without knowing the above. The above are FACTS, not conjecture, supported in the PPI.
