From the beginning, he really listened to what I was looking for and what was important to me. I explained the features and things I wanted in a car, and he made sure those needs were met. The very first car I test drove ended up being the one I bought, which says a lot about how well he understood what I was looking for. Hyde was patient, helpful, and made the process feel easy instead of stressful. He also worked hard to make sure I got a good deal and a payment that worked for me, which I really appreciated. Just purchased a new Honda odyssey from stokes Honda of beaufort and have to say it was the best experience ever. We were greeted with a warm welcome right from get go. No pushy salespeople. We had received an offer from them in the mail which seemed too good to be true, but it definitely was not. We got a better than ever imagined deal on our vehicle. Our salesman was Rob Williams, And You could not ask for a nicer guy! Very personable and professional, with a great knowledge of his product. We felt like We were family. Would Definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Also, David, who went over financials with us, was excellent!

We live near Asheville and reached out about leasing a vehicle. This is our first time doing a lease. These folks are ON IT!! They helped us... and it wasn't just one person. It was a group effort. They kept us up to date every step of the way. We were able to do paperwork ahead of time to save time at the dealership. Haley was our first point of contact, with Internet Sales. Then we met DJ, our sales person... Who is an AWESOME, friendly, down to earth guy... then on to Thomas in finance. THIS TEAM KILLED IT and we appreciate it!

At 51 this was the best customer service and most convenient automobile purchase I’ve ever had. Due to my work schedule, Daryen Amaker( sales consultant), Melissa Gardner ( financial) and Wayne Jackson (sales Manager) worked with me by text , email and phone to gather information so I just had to review and sign. This was not a new car that was 60k to 80k purchase but you would have thought it was, it was a used 2022 and half of that, which also says a lot about the priorities of what matters to this dealerships and family whom started it.
