My salesperson Serenity, was phenomenal at communicating every step of the way and was happy to answer any questions I had. You can tell that all of the sales people at this location genuinely enjoy what they do and are happy to assist, however, possible. I was very impressed with the service that was provided to me recently. Alli Mattison was very professional and helpful in getting the car registration process and getting the loaner to me as I leave out of town. The mechanic sent a video of the A/C system issues and provided in detail was needed to be done. It took a few days to get the parts but the car was fixed as described. Also Kathy took the initial call and was helpful in determining that that the A/C problem is covered under warranty. Overall I am very happy with Rick Hendrick BMW admin and service folks and will no problem in bringing the car for future service needs.
