Excellent is Akin Ford! Russell Redman, Service Writer, Madelynn in Rentals/ Loners and the Manager over Akin Ford Service were so very good to me. I appreciate their professionish an curtesy to me and my wife. Please Thank each one for me. {In case I do not have a place for what I need to write next, let me at least express the following: How disappointing to me and embarrassing to Ford that my Ford/Lincoln car’s engine had to be totally replaced last week! With perfect maintenance taken care of by Gwinnett Ford for 5 years and Akin Ford for two years, my engine is ruined and had to be replaced at only 47,200 miles on the car’s engine. Really? Why? The Metal Casket gives way and antifreeze ruins the #3 Cylinder. Image your Grandfather buying a new Ford thinking this will be the last car he will need in his remaining life time and the Ford product literally dies at 47,200 miles. My only alternative: Purchase a brand new engine, which I did from Aiken Ford. This should shake your confidence in some Ford products. TLDR: Allan Vigil Ford clearly doesn't value their customers once you buy your vehicle! I can't recommend the dealership due to the service department. The dealership did not advise that the recall to replace a clip on an interior trim piece would take 24 - 48 hours when the job should take less than 5 minutes. This is incredibly inconvenient when I'm going on vacation in less than two days. The Service Advisor, Julius Nave, said the truck would be finished 5pm the next day due to my vacation. I called at 5:30 PM the next day and not only did they not complete the recall, they had to order the clip and it may not be here tomorrow either. I'm delaying leaving for my vacation for several hours in hopes that the clip will be on the morning part delivery. I'm incredibly disappointed in this dealership's service department. Coming from a Jeep I thought their service department was bad but this Ford Dealership is the worst I've been to. I've never had to such a bad experience from a dealership.

Dishonest Dealer!!!!! I called on late Friday afternoon about a truck on thier website. Salemans confirms it's still for sale, I told him I would be there Saturday morning. Called Saturday morning, truck still there and for sale. I drove 1 HOUR from my house to arrive at 9am, test drove truck and loved it. Filled out application and signed it. 15 minutes later the saleman came back and said the manager said it sold the day before. IF IT'S SOLD, HOW IS IT STILL ON THE LOT AND I AM TEST DRIVING. Basically the truck was listed way below value to just get people in the door. IT IS STILL LISTED ON THE WEBSITE!!!!!!! Will be contacting the BBB on Monday morning about dishonest dealership.
