We have purchased several NEW Ford vehicles over the last 10 years. We have never had a dealership be so upfront and honest about the vehicle price. Before we purchase our vehicle we searched over 10 dealerships and we found other dealerships would add on other charges like ceramic coating to the price they have listed and did not give you the option to remove those charges. We found at Jack Jones Ford the price that they had my vehicle listed for is the actual price they were charging. Our salesperson Josee was very responsive and helpful thru the completed process. Everyone we dealt with during this process did not try to pressure us into buying something we did not want, but they did inform us in all of the options available to us. I do not plan on purchasing from any other dealership.

I have dealt with Harper Audi Knoxville steadily since 1987 for both purchases and service and have been pleased to keep coming back. The diagnosis of the fault light on my 2013 Allroad was reasonable and to be expected; the price of repairs seemed reasonable. However, several days after I got the car back, I got a message about "service declined": the items mentioned in the message had not been raised by the service advisor either in person or by e-mail, so I had not declined them. I found that strange for a dealer with whom I had worked for years.

I cannot say enough amazing things specifically about this location OR Greg Taylor- run to Rusty Wallace Kia ALCOA!! My amazing experience started with Greg who is THE BEST from start to finish (and multiple times in between lol)- I have been taken advantage of in the past by salespeople- NOT him. He is a true family man and you can actually trust he will treat you as he would his wife or children and have your best interest at heart. He was more than patient enough with me throughout the car buying process (I am not the easiest cookie by this point in life lol) and I got an amazing deal thanks to him. He is extremely hands on and involved even AFTER completing the sale- and I had a false alarm w my car only a week after getting it and couldn't be MORE IMPRESSED with his continued care and customer service (answering and helping me after hours on the wknd!!), and this compliment extends to the service dept in the dealership as well. Donna was my first point of contact for that and she was really on the ball getting things set up to be checked out asap and accommodations made. Nick, the service advisor, could not be more courteous, helpful, and efficient. I feel so good knowing my car will be under his care when needed in the future!! I honestly didn't know what I could expect from a dealership service dept so that was a wonderful surprise. I can happily report that it was an accessory I had placed on my Kia Soul that caused the engine not to start (a safety feature), hate the drama that ensued to figure that out :P, but can say without a shadow of a doubt I made the right decision to make such a large purchase with Kia Alcoa bc I know how I will be treated if any issues DO arise!! Greg has continued to follow up with me since I got my car back. The customer service at this specific location is just outstanding. My car is amazing and so much fun to drive, but that much more great having the security I feel thanks to the dealership I got it from! Most people can't say that with certainty after just the first week of buying their car hehe but I can! Thanks so much again Greg for helping me make the best decision!!!!

Service was great, I made my selection on tires, however the service center recommended a slightly more expensive tire but after telling me the benefits and listening to my concerns about driving in the rain due to an accident a few years back… the slightly more expensive tire was the BEST OPTION, making me feel safe in my commute. My son, Brain, was to take me but he was on duty at Maryville Fire Department that day. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until the next day or Monday to pick it up. One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .
