We're in California and buying a car from another state is always a bit of a headache but Paul and Damien made the process more efficient and easier than any car we've bought locally. Cannot recommend these guys and this dealership enough. Would happily fly to Ohio to buy another car from them in the future. Super responsive and clear communication all the way through including the several days after the purchase while we waited for the transport company to come pickup the vehicle. The dealership had a very diverse inventory of new & used bmws for me to look at. And the salesman I selected Ken Delk exceeded my expectations and eventually decided to buy 2023 BMW X4 M40i. And additionally when I brought my girl friend to review the car Mike Delczeg explained & showed us many of the technology features we were looking for. I would rate my overall experience at BMW Westlake as extraordinary and would 100% recommend them.

I purchased a car from A&L BMW on August 26, 2025. Today is October 17, 2025 and my car is still not registered. Called the dealership on numerous occasions and was transferred to the title lady she did not return my calls or take care of the problem. I went to AAA they emailed the title lady asking her for the Title number she did not respond. I called BMW of North America; they told me that the dealer has to register my car no way around it. Called the dealership to complain and got the VM of the title ladies' supervisor. No response. Called the salesperson no response. I never ever belied that A&L BMW will treat their customers in this manner and be so irresponsible. Really frustrated with them. The title lady needs to be fired. Very irresponsible of the dealership. I have never had this kind of experience before with any dealership.
