This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. Our van is beautiful, immaculate, more van than we imagined and look forward to making lasting memories vacationing around. Thank you all for everything.

Nice supportive salesman. Daniel did a great job. I just dislike the car purchase experience, especially when a trade-in situation is involved. Being told that because the vehicle was already reduced, they had to find a way to make some money was a bit off-putting. I understand it was discounted and why I was there, but I don't want to feel I'm being shorted on my trade in some way.

I am going to skip to the chase here. I purchased a ford f150 xlt on 06/28/25 from John hinderer ford. The process to get to this point was hectic but we won’t go there. I was supposed to receive a check for $318 and change for the recent service I had completed at John Hinderer Honda on my trade-in vehicle. The factory keypad code was not in the vehicle like I was told it was. Since 06/28/25 I have tried reaching out to the “manager” and the “financial manager”. They keep telling me they are working on it. Recently, the “manager” screens his calls and has the receptionist send me to the financial manager who never calls me back, never follows up and never follows through. I spoke to him today about why a $65,000 truck comes with lane keep assistant but doesn’t have adaptive cruise control. I asked him how much would adding this cost me. He said he wasn’t sure but he would call me back in a few. Well, its now 11:30pm I’m guessing he won’t be calling me back with answers to any of my concerns. Monday I will be visiting John Hinderer Honda and will be requesting to speak to whomever took over for John. I have never been treated so poorly and will never again buy from any John Hinderer locations. My calls are getting ignored/screened, my voicemails aren’t getting returned, my money hasn’t arrived, my door lock code hasn’t been found and I can’t get an answer on something as simple as how much something costs. DON’T BUY HERE.

In addition to the employees, I've never had a Buckeye Ford vehicle that was anything other than fantastic. I'm a truck person, from a 1992 Ford F-350 crew cab diesel dually to a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT to my current 5-star truck, a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid in velocity blue. Took truck to get 1st scheduled service done, dealership removed 3rd seat from rear of MY truck, then put MY 3rd seat into owners EB Expedition Demo to sell it that day. I didnt notice until 2 days later, called dealership, salesman stated it didnt come with 3rd seat. Bypassed salesman to talk to General Manager of dealership, went back and forth with Gen Mgr for 10 months. Dealership found very used cloth 3rd seat that was far from a match. Filed lawsuit for new replacement 3rd seat. settled out of court for Dealership to purchased NEW mathching Eddie Bauer tan leather folding 3rd row removable seat that was originally manufactured with my truck anyway. Problem resolved and it took countless calls, threatened litigation, and ONE YEAR OF MY TIME. BLUE OVAL CERTIFIED MY xxx. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE. <br><br>
