I had an absolute 5-star experience buying my car here, - Ben W

I had an absolute 5-star experience buying my car here, and it is all thanks to Scott Miller! From the moment we walked in, he did a fantastic job making the entire process smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. Scott was professional, incredibly helpful, and never made us feel pressured to make a decision. He took the time to answer all our questions and truly went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. It was hands-down the best dealership experience we've ever had. If you are looking for a new vehicle, we highly recommend coming here and buying from Scott. You won't be disappointed!

We recently bought a Honda Pilot here and worked with - josh.lambert3

We recently bought a Honda Pilot here and worked with David Kopitzke—he was awesome. Super easy to work with, quick to respond, and he had everything lined up before we even got there. When we showed up, it was basically sign and go—we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Honestly one of the easiest car-buying experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend David and the dealership!

Set my appointment and walked in . They greeted me and we discussed the issues. They warned me ahead of time that there were several warranty issues and it would take time which I was prepared for. Every issue was taken care of and they even washed the car.

LaDarius Taylor was an excellent salesman for my 2027 - robinfans1

LaDarius Taylor was an excellent salesman for my 2027 Honda Hybrid CR-V. He was very kind, listened well to what I was looking for, and was great in keeping me informed about the availability of my vehicle, which was not easy to find in the color and trim that I wanted. I was very impressed with his service and his quick response via text whenever I had a question. He even sent me a photo of my vehicle being delivered on the truck to the dealership!

Honda is a disgrace to the automobile industry. - jrehmelsmith

Honda is a disgrace to the automobile industry. I have all the proof that the dealership completely avoided the extended warranty and bandaged the issues until the warranty was expired. Honda still favored the corrupt practices of the dealership. Greater job to the dealership for working to save a multi-billion dollar industry a few hundred dollars. I will leave reviews everywhere I can to ensure the maximum number of people see it and can make more informed choices on whether or not to buy from such a xxxx corporation. We bought our Honda in 2019. The air did not work when we turned it on. We took it to Thompson Honda, Terre Haute, IN. They would not look at it without an upfront fee of $350. When they looked at it, they charged it and sent us on, ignoring the small leak detected. Charging it was a bandaid. It stopped working again. This air has now been charged numerous times, every summer since 2019. In 2025, I took it in and told them I wanted it fixed, it was under a Honda issued extended warranty due to a/c issues and hasn't worked since 2019. They changed the seal under warranty, charged it again, ignored looking at the compressor, the part covered under extended warranty, and sent us on, stating it was resolved. As soon as I turned the air on the following summer (8 months after I was told they fixed it!), I took it back and was told "well, the extended warranty is no longer active and your compressor and condenser are bad. I explained I brought it in for that while the warranty was active. Scotte Foote, services manager, asked me if I could pay 50% and they'd pay the rest. The next day, Scotte Foote called me and said they'd cover 10% and nearly doubled the price! THIS WAS INTENTIONAL ON THEIR PART!! Honda corporate didn't care either. Apparently, corporate loves that the dealerships swindle customers like this. I will never buy a Honda and will never use a Honda dealership again. What a shame . I highly recommend working with Joe Wenskunas at Bob... - arundell14

I highly recommend working with Joe Wenskunas at Bob Brady Honda. I looked at different cars at multiple dealerships to find a reliable and inexpensive small car. I found a lot of bluster, little expertise, and poor service until I drove to Decatur. No pressure, sound knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, friendly follow up, and respect for me as a buyer made all the difference. Joe said up front that he wanted to earn my business and he did. Great experience, and I love my new car!

I recently bought my Honda crv here. - Lois.phillips1770

I recently bought my Honda crv here. It was a used vehicle. They walked me threw the trade in process. I brought it back for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was helpful and got me all finished in a timely manner.
