Easy, not sleezy. Good price. Car sold is performing above my expectations. Not shamed for getting a affordable used car. They get it! No shame or snobbery. The showroom is clean. No high pressure. Salesman ,Nate,, was great. Knows his product as he is a former service manager. Tires were in excellent shape also. They found appropriate financing. We are. Very happy. This this family operation. Not some large corp. It made the big difference. Michigan owned locally. Will be back for our next trade in and sale.

The grounds and facilities are pretty clean aside from the bathroom… I had already done three weeks of research on my next vehicle, and I on my last test drive tour. GMC and Chevy were my final 2. I was looking to purchase a vehicle when I arrived, I walked around the showroom, then outside to view your lot, then the showroom again and I almost left because no one greeted me inside, and no one came outside to see if I needed any help. I was walking back to my car to go visit another lot then Del Hogan intercepted me and asked if needed anything. He was already busy helping another person and there were 2 available salespersons sitting in the showroom who said nothing. So when he stopped me I immediately said he would get my business. I was between the Yukon/Tahoe or Silverado/Sierra. Thanks to people like Del, you got the sale, he was busy, but not busy enough to greet and assist, I came back to purchase because of Del, the customer experience is the most important part about purchasing your vehicle. I left 2 other dealerships who ignored me inside and outside of there facilities even though they both had vehicles I WANTED to purchase. You should give Del a raise and a bonus for his customer service and support, he was great, straight forward and humble. Big thanks to Michelle Cafeo as well, she was great sharing and explaining the options available during the financial and add-on services portion of the buying process. I appreciate you two!!!

Modern car I used car mid-june was very misled on the quality. The fact that it had more than one owner in the salesman, said right to my face. Only one owner blue care certified and no accidents. Meanwhile, inside a trifled set of papers in the envelope, it definitely has been in an accident left the dealership with a wobble in the front-end. More than 60 miles an hour. Stopped at another dealership was very misled on the quality of the car. I had just purchased was told. I probably shouldn't have dropped 3 grand on a long-term warranty. Because of the damage that was done to the underbody of the car in the accident that I was told never happened. I was also promised lifetime. Free oil changes that never came existence, and I was informed that the tire had the car head had all new tires put on it, which would include rotation balance factor that into the amount of money that I agreed to felt totally misled, 2 and 3/4 of an hour. Hanging out in the dealership, just trying to get this used car that I had already purchased after getting the wrong. The number three times fighting with my insurance agent. Him saying the car said it had an accident. And the dealership said it didn't felt totally connived, and gaslit, and they led my sister to believe she was helping me with this heap of metal, but now I have a three thousand dollar warranty on

Extremely disappointed with Fox Buick GMC. At my May service, Fox inspected/rotated my tires and told me only they were “showing wear.” After a trip to Wisconsin, I discovered severe uneven wear. GM later told me Fox's May inspection included a photo showing exposed belts. When I returned to Fox, they showed me the MAY inspection photos/video and documentation—the condition had already been documented. Fox acknowledged the service advisor should have communicated the findings. I contacted Fox management with no response. GMC Customer Assistance also contacted Fox and told me THEY haven't received a response either. Had the findings been clearly explained in May, I would have replaced the tires before traveling. Trust is gone.

Do not ever go here! They had our truck for 2 weeks and were impossible to get ahold of. We called, emailed, and left messages and the only way we got a response was going in person. Parts delays happen, but they had 0 communication, never apologized, and then had the gall to want to charge us to put it back together (took them 15 mins to do) for a warranty repair.

After a fairly good experience purchasing our new to me used vehicle (a 3 hour wait to finalize the paperwork) with a good price. I had a verbal agreement with the sales person to provide me with the second key fob that was at "the other location". After I left happy, I am now not. They tell me it is not a requirement to provide a second key for a used vehicle (and I agree with this statement). But this was a factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle as I need 2 keys. When I contact the sales associate they tell me they will talk to the manager and I never get a call back and always the brush off. So I am sorry to say, what could have been a very good experience has now been tainted by a key fob and poor follow up after sales. So my families future car purchases will not be through Feldmans or any of their branches and I recommend to any that read this... If you are dealing with Feldmans make sure you get it in writing if you expect it to be done.

To be fair, none of them got back to me. I was most surprised by Suburban though because I can’t get other Suburban stores to leave me alone when I didn’t a KBB Cash Offer inquiry that got sent to a Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor and Suburban Ford. I ended up buying from another Alfa store. Still sorry I didn’t hear back because they did have the best selection. On Saturday 3-20-10 found a add for a lincoln town car, went there 200 miles round trip to look at the lincoln he had for sale.. I liked the car, had a issue with the seat he explained he would fix the seat. I gave him a down payment signed a contract with him, then I got a call saying, the seat was fixed but they found a problem with the air suspension, and explained he was not going to sell it. I explained I didnt have a problem with the air suspension because I was going to change the air suspension to coil so there wasnt a problem with the car, he said it was dangerious to drive and I explained that was not a problem because I would have the car towed to a repair place to have the suspension changed and still refused to sell the car.. Sounds very shady.. The price for the Lincoln was a very low price I thought almost too good to be true.. He mailed back the down payment with out even a apploigy for waisting my time and my money on gas. Breach of contract and If I would have been the one who back out, I would not be intitled to my deposit. *Sure looks like someone came in after I did and made a better deal?? Sound about right?? Does sound shady to me... Do you want to trust putting your money with a company that backs out of deals? If not, keep looking.. Rather pay more money then get jerked around!! I wish the I had the other guys referance before I wasted my time and money.
