Overall my comments:
Sheila helped us with everything we needed in regards to the car, getting the car and communication around financing.
The financing wasn't the best experience. We have bought several GM vehicles in the past and never had an issue with financing. We wanted to put a 5k down payment and we always use our GM credit card for this, we were limited to 3k and used my debit card to pay the rest. With that said, my debit card was charged twice for 1500.00, total 3k. Thankfully I have the funds to cover it, however, at the time of this survey it is still not in my account and hoping it won't be overdrawn in the next few days. Sheila has told me it's on its way back to my account, just not sure when? It's very frustrating that different GM dealers have different rules about deposits. If we would have been able to use the card as we thought, we would not have an issue with my bank account right now. Very frustrating!!
Also, we were expecting another $400.00 off as we choose GM financing and did not get that. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have choose my CU with a better rate!! Very frustrating and didn't find out until we were at financing and signing on Friday night.
