DeAnna was a very nice young lady. Came out to see us on the lot shortly after we'd got there. Got in the back seat of the car we test drove even though we gave her our license and insurance info. We paid cash (check) so the transaction went rather smoothly. Another customer came in during our final paperwork while DeAnna was in the back room making copies and no one greeted him, said nothing to him, even others that worked there walked right by him and didn't say a word to him. We thought that was unprofessional. DeAnna finally saw him standing there then just left without finishing our paperwork!! Maybe everyone there should concentrate on being more customer friendly. Other than that our transaction with DeAnna and others in the office went rather swiftly.

We loved working with Kevin and the team at Perfect 10. They worked with us so we could take home a beautiful car! The only piece of feedback I’d like to provide is that they discontinue placing their dealership decal directly on the cars. Perhaps placing their name on a license plate rounder would be better or having their name engraved on the direct opposite side of the vehicle’s name. The decal takes away from the overall look of the vehicle. Other than that, a good time was had by all!! Thank you Perfect 10!

I was impressed by the clean inventory dealership possessed. I purchased 2008 Porsche Cayenne in the excellent condition. Next day drive shaft center support bearing rubber surround has failed. Witch is very coming in these cars with this mileage. Not that they fixed it for me rigth the way, they also offer me a loaner car. Todd and Jake father and son are the owners and operators. They were very accommodating and did not hard sell or make me feel bad for being just an interested potential customer. I did my research and came back and bought my SQ5 from them a few days later. Mark Green was my sales representative and was a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated his honest discussions about the vehicles. I would highly suggest looking Mark up if you are interested in an Audi.
