We realize we have to use the technology to really understand it but I am very intimidated by it all and alarmed that so much learning is done on the screen. Looking for a new or used vehicle? RUN, don't walk, to see Jake in sales for your new ride. I sent an email the evening prior specifying which vehicle I was interested in, and Jake called the next morning. I expressed my concern that the vehicle would sell before I was able to make it up to Rolla. He held onto the keys so any sales person would have to go through him before arranging a test drive of that particular vehicle, so he could notify me, which tickled me to death because I was really concerned this car could just sell before I had a chance to get up there that afternoon. The best thing about Jake? He isn't pushy, and he works well with folks that have those xxxxxxx personalities, like me. Jake took all my questions in stride, was knowledgeable, and a down right pleasure to deal with. Now the GM, Chad... he's like that best buddy you had 15 years ago that you've not seen in ten years and makes a mean grilled ham and cheese. Is it part of the sales gimmick, you're thinking? I don't think so, I believe it is truly genuine. We had a miscommunication with the bank that left us agitated, unsure where the error occurred; Chad was transparent and handled the problem efficiently and smoothly. My husband and I left there incredibly impressed with the entire team and excited to purchase our next pickup with them... which says a lot because the last two dealers we dealt with, I was ready to rip their heads off - and I'll never do business with them again, but Sakelaris will have our loyalty, as long as these three remain in the fold. Finance overall can be pretty boring, BUT Regina kept pleasurable conversations during the entire exchange, we could have chatted all afternoon. She is also a retired volunteer firefighter, so if you see her, thank her for years of service!

Nathan, very nicely, explained to me how the battery feature worked. He took time out of his busy day to explain every thing to me and showed me on the vehicle the features and what buttons to push. Very nice guy. Definitely going back to have them do any other work that needs done.

Dennis Horne handled my sale and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time after the sale to run through all of tech on the vehicle. I've never had any sales rep do for me. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they offered me the least amount for my trade-in of the three dealers I went to. They had the best vehicle for the money and that's why they got the sale. I would definitely recommend if they have a vehicle you're interested in to go check it out give them a chance to earn your business.

Took a pickup in for a recall repair on June 28th. Asked service people to look into a performance issue and give me a quote for repairs. Heard back pretty quickly with diagnosis and quote. I told them to proceed and asked them how long they would need vehicle. Service attendant said part a available and would have next work day and would get repair completed. Vehicle wasn't need immediately so left it there longer than what they indicated. After four days they said it wasn't ready, to give them a couple more days. After a couple more day I contacted them and vehicle was still not done. When I asked what the hold up was service personal said parts never got ordered, and it would take a couple more days before part would arrive. On July 5 I sent someone to go and asked if vehicle was ready for me to pick up. They replied NO, that part was in but not put on vehicle. There was only one vehicle in shop and no activity on or near it. I waited until Wed the 10 and called and asked if vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. Once again they replied NO, need a couple more days. Monday morning July 15 drove to dealership to inquire about vehicle. They told me that technician was on vacation for two weeks and i would have to wait until they returned. I demanded that they find a technician to complete the repairs on my vehicle and have it ready to pick up by wed the 17th or provide me the parts and i would complete it myself

TLDR: We highly recommend this dealership! Dave Doerhoff is professional and considerate. He always responds quickly and is trustworthy! Mark McGavic provides great financing services. Full review: We recently purchased a Raptor here and the whole experience is very positive! It’s the first time that we buy a vehicle out of state. When we put down a deposit, the Raptor was still at the plant. There was a shipping delay by Ford and Dave has always kept us updated. Mark helped us with the financing and explained the paperwork clearly. 10 minutes after we were on our way home, the raptor had a flashing engine light and the engine started trembling. We called Dave and he showed up quickly to handle the situation. The truck was towed back to the dealership and the engine was fixed in 2 days. They also offered reimbursement for flights to get us home and transportation for the truck. Although we were unlucky to have the engine issue, we were fortunate that Dave made everything smooth! Thank you Dave!

TOOK THEM OVER 3 MONTHS TO FIX IT AND THEN WANTS TO CHARGE MORE FOR MORE PARTS, SAYING IT ISN'T UNDER WARRANTY. MY SALES PERSON WAS GREAT BUT HAS NOW SAYING NOTHING HE CAN DO. BUT THE MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP AFTER I HAD TO KEEP BRINGING MY VECHICLE BACK SEVERALY TIMES RUDE HATEFUL AND REFUSED TO TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUES UNTIL IT BLEW UP. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN. I WILL NEVER TRADE OR GIVE THEM A GOOD WORD. I HAVE DEALT WITH DEALERSHIPS AND THIS IS THE WORSE ONE BY FAR. I will never go here again and advise people to find an honest place to buy or maintain a vehicle. This dealer just tried to cheat me big time. I asked for a tune up on my onan 4000 motorhome generator last year and they said they did a carburator tune up and charged me for the work and $120+ for the kit and $278 to do the job. The motorhome sat all winter and was running rough so took it back for what it needs. This yr they said they don't rebuild those and a new carburator is $900+ and $500+ to change it - they said they checked around and that was the cheapest price I looked up the carburator and it is $400 at Onan and less than $100 elsewhere. I told them we will just pick it up. I told them when picking up that I looked up the carburator and the prices I found. They said oh I will look into it and get back to you. I then asked why he said they don't rebuild them as they charged me to do just that last year. He blubbered that he will look into it. Well 2 weeks later, no call. I looked up the problem of it running rough and saw that you can run SeaFoam through it to get rid of the junk from sitting all winter. I did that and it is running like a kitten now. I question if they did anything last year when they charged me $278 to give it a tune up. I also don't understand why they don't know to run the Seafoam through it to clean it out. So they tried to charge me $1600 to put a new carburator in my motorhome generator with 127 hours on it when it only needed cleaned out. Not sure they did anything for $278 last year. I would discourage people from trusting the dealership for anything. I will never buy a vehicle or take anything to them for service again.

I have stopped at Auffenberg motors for years. I have never purchased anything from the dealership because of the sorry approach and gloomy attitude I received when I did stop. But now is different. There has been a complete change of attitude and atmosphere in the dealership. I met the new GM that actually lived in Alaska for some time. Great stories and great attitude. Very refreshing from the previous managers that were there. The good ole boy club gets old after a while. Stop by and see Ryan and his new crew. New Service manager, New Parts Manager, New office manager and last but assuredly not least a New Business manager and his name is ACTUALLY Ricky Bobby!! Great new team----- Get some advertising out there Ryan!!! People need to know you are there!!

I went to Gregg Smith Ford for an "Invitation Only" sale on used cars and trucks. I decided that I would like to purchase a new F-150 2006 model truck based on the current rebate in order to help pay off a 2001 Explorer in which I was upside down on. I received pre-approval on my financing and was convinced by my salesman "Jason" that the only Ford truck I could get into was a "XLT" Supercab so I pursued the purchase until closing time at which time I was handed the keys and told to drive the vehicle home with me and fax them financial verification the next day in order to complete the sale. I sent the papers at 0800 the following morning. Around 0900 my phone rang and the salesman informed me that I needed to return the truck immediately because Gregg Smith was angry that a new truck went out overnight and according to the salesman, the GM was "chewed out" for violating Gregg Smith's policies on new truck's not being allowed to go home with the customer until after all contracts were signed and the deal was complete. I told the salesman that I was at home alone with 3 small children and that I couldnt possibly return the truck until the following morning or later on that afternoon. I was put on the phone with the GM who couldnt care less what I had to say as his primary concern was the immediate return of the truck and the pain from his early morning ass chewing ceremony. I informed the GM that if I returned the truck to Gregg Smiths Ford, I would have no reason to return to complete the purchase as I live only 5 minutes from Warrensburg Ford and 40 minutes from Gregg Smith. I was basically informed to return the truck ASAP and if I didnt return, so what. I complied immediately. I went in to speak with the General Manager who listened to me for 3 minutes before deciding to tell me as he was standing up from behind his desk that he would not show me any of the numbers associated with our deal ( I told him that I didnt even know how much I was paying for the new truck yet or how much they were paying for my trade in) and that he needed to go test drive a potential trade in so he could make some money!!! He walked out on me leaving me sitting in his office wondering just what the heck happened. On Monday morning (2 days later) I drove to Warrensburg Ford and told them the story. I was told to find a truck and take it for a drive for as long as I wanted to provided I left my trade in and copy of DL with the dealership. I selected a 2006 Ford F-150 "KING RANCH", loaded with every option avaliable. The General Manager personally ensured that my visit was pleasant and that any problems were handled by him. Within a couple of hours I was waiting for my new King Ranch to be driven over from the reconditioning / cleaning bays and by 4PM I was on the road home. Warrensburg Ford not only got me into a King Ranch for 75.00 more a month than Gregg Smith Ford but they received my highest ratings in all areas of the sale through delivery. I received a better interest rate on my loan, they showed me the dealer invoice and they doubled the dollar amount for my trade in over Gregg Smiths embarrassing offer which they refused to budge on by as little as 1 cent in order to make a sale. To top it all off, I watched 100 plus customers during my 10 hours of sitting around the showroom receive their free advertised 5 piece luggage set and scratch off tickets just for stopping by. Most of them didnt even have an interest in buying. After all was said and done, I wasnt even offered my free gifts. If you are looking to buy a new Ford, I suggest staying far away from Clinton, MO and Gregg Smiths Ford. My one experience was bad enough to keep me away forever and to recommend Warrensburg Ford for a fair, low pressure, upfront deal.

My car and it's engine made it 17 miles before it overheated - I buy a lotta cars

After having the dealership replace my engine with a used, warrantied engine and Rick Ball Ford-Lincoln in Sedalia, MO said they would warranty the labor for my 2013 C-Max Energi. The car & I made it 17 miles out of town then the engine overheated. I asked them to come get me and my car. They told me to call a tow truck and get a hotel. I finally made it to my hotel almost THREE HOURS after I initially arrived at the dealership to take my car home. C'mon guys. You should have sent someone to pick me up and take me to a hotel or offer me a loner car when I asked. Instead Troy the service department manager just went home early. The general manager, Ryan Ball, told me he couldn't help since Troy wasn't there and wasn't answering his telephone to approve any help aside from paying for the tow truck. I thought his job as general manager was to take care of his customers. In perspective the date was 20/20/2018 please check the Sedalia, MO weather to see it was freezing rain that night and they just left me on the side of the road after spending well over $3,000.00 at their dealership on an engine they promised they would warranty all labor on. The next morning they made it to where my car won't overheat but the check engine light is on, service engine light is on, the car always thinks it's plugged in and takes about a minute or two of menu toggling to tell the computer it's not plugged in. When I called and told the general manager, Ryan Ball, that I expect him to pay for my hotel room in addition to the tow truck bill (which they already agreed to pay for) and fix the service engine/battery lights so I can know the car is safe to drive he told me his dealership is done working on the car. I was polite throughout the entire process which has me baffled why Ryan Ball would talk down to me and call me a liar. Even afterwards I simply let him know that I have written documentation that disproved his reason for calling me a liar and read him the two sentenced he was told about verbatim.
