Considering that most of this deal was done on-line, I will say, we were very satisfied with the outcome. The areas that gave us pause was the very low trade in value given for our vehicle. We were told that when they saw the vehicle it would be adjusted, and the orginal sales agent repeated that once we arrived and he actually saw the truck, but there was never any upward adjustment. A great disappointment. The whole process of purchaseing the vehicle was rather disorganized as we were asked to move from one task to another without fully completeing each task. Not a comfortable experience for a customer, but so far it appears that all the paper work is in order. Everyone involved in our experience was freindly and very willing to work with us even from over 700 miles away. We are very happy with the Ford F150, especially to gas mileage and the comfortable ride.

If I could give Homer Skeleton Ford zero stars, I would. My vehicle has been sitting in their service department for two months. They misdiagnosed the issue, and I was forced to pay over $5,000 for a repair that didn’t even fix the actual problem. I had to bring the car back in—only to find out something else was wrong, something that should’ve been identified the first time. Now they expect me to pay again for their mistake. School starts in two weeks, and my truck is still not drivable. This situation has been a nightmare. The service department is completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t even send my dog there.

Kept saying by text it was on the way, never sent...so don't know if they didn't have the car or what, just not honest people....don't waste your time with them because they are liars and take your business elsewhere!

I have taken my truck to West Plains Morlan Shell Ford - Lisamcgowne

I have taken my truck to West Plains Morlan Shell Ford for the last year on three different occasions for a supposed failed vacuum pump that thank goodness was covered by my extended warranty in the beginning. Fast forward to now on my FOURTH visit for the same failed vacuum pump and a different tech happens to walk by and says that doesn’t look like a vacuum pump, it looks like a valve cover. So this whole time it’s been a valve cover and not the pump. (By their own admission.) But now my extended warranty is out and Morlan Shell Ford says , nope, it’s not our problem we aren’t going to cover this even though they admit they drop the ball.
