The staff at Dennis Eakin were impeccable. Friendly, not pushy and spent time to explain everything. Our salesman Mark Brown was absolutely fantastic. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. Absolutely no pressure to move forward with a decision to buy. When we made the decision to purchase a new car, our experience in the finance office was seamless. Thanks to Mr. Smith for providing us with exceptional service and kindness. From the moment we arrived to the time we left every single individual we had contact with was exceptional . Could not be more thankful to all for making this an outstanding experience. Please accept our deepest gratitude to all who help us along the way.

Carlos the Salesman was cool calm and collected. - gabe171213

Carlos the Salesman was cool calm and collected. He explained ever question I had in detail. He also said this was the smoothest test drive. I was out of there in like a less than 90 minutes. He is a real professional. Whoever I spoke to on the initial phone call, she was also a great help in kickstarting all this. I had a new car in about 5 hours from call, to keys. Also I just drove about 400 miles on a roadtrip and my Jeep Compass drove GREAT.

I would normally give Don Ringler Toyota a good review, - DaveM

I would normally give Don Ringler Toyota a good review, but I traded my Venza in to a different dealer. I purchased the pre-paid maintenance plan from Don Ringler. After trading in my car, I notified Don Ringler for a pro-rated refund on the maintenance contract. I’ve talked to the finance manager and filled all the paperwork and provided the needed documentation. Four months later I’m still trying to get my refund. This dealership is no longer returning my calls. I’m being totally ignored. I’ll never buy a car from them again. Buyer be ware, do not buy any add on maintenance agreements from this dealer.

This dealership was very helpful. - KaylaMay

This dealership was very helpful. I did have to wait a bit longer due to having more than one engine problem being assessed. I found it very interesting that people are able to see the vehicles being worked on. They will also send a very detailed with pictures recap of everything that was found to be wrong with your vehicle. The staff was very friendly and checked on people waiting very frequently! Was very pleasant

Customer Service - corvetteguy

I purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition from this dealer in January. From the point of sale to delivery there were no surprises. I was kept apprised of the schedule for delivery each week. After make-ready, the vehicle was delivered promptly and I was given a thorough walk-around. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I've called and left several messages for the Finance - Eric Jones

I've called and left several messages for the Finance Dept., and also sent an email to the GM and GSM in regards my financial transaction and have not received a response from anyone. It has been well over a week and no one seems to care to take care of my situation. I would not recommend anyone to do business with Mak Haik Temple, or any location if this is how they conduct business.

If you need any further assistance please don’t hesitate to reach out to Jay Moses at the dealership. It’s our goal to make sure our customers feel satisfied with there purchase. From the Consumer on Thursday, December 28, 2023 Complaint: 20940459 I am rejecting this response because: Regards, Robert Hemphill McLeod employees are respectful and helpful but I was sold a lemon I had to pay for parts and was never offered an opportunity to get a replacement car all they want to do is keep working on the same broken car they are helpful but they don't offer you options when they know they sold you a bad car other than just trying to fix it multiple times to No success. I just feel scammed because who gets a car that breaks down 3 days after you get it and they make you pay for parts they waived labor and but my issue is I was never given opportunity for a different vehicle because in life if something breaks you try to fix but if you can't fix you replacement I feel quality was not a big deal for this dealership so in summation an offer was made it was not my first choice but I was forced to feel like I had to keep the car while my preference was to exchange From the Business on Friday, December 29, 2023 Please refer to my original comment. I visited the S. - Ladyjackiej

I visited the S.W.S. Young dealership for my 50th birthday purchase. I was greeted and treated with true southern, no pressure hospitality. I was given respect and the opportunity to make informed buying decisions with the courteous professional assistance of Mr. Todd Bradley. After test driving two vehicles I made my decision to purchase. Mr. Jim Kaminska was also excellent in processing my buying decision in a knowledgeable, painless, speedy fashion. The entire process was very simple and smooth! The vehicle that I purchased has now been thru 10 southern states without 1 issue at all! An amazing team at this dealership and amazing quality vehicles! I completely trust this team and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Go see them today!!! Blessings!
