My wife and I dropped our cars off for service at Murdock - Jim

My wife and I dropped our cars off for service at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon on October 1st on our way to a wedding. I had absolutely no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, but I had been eyeing a used 2022 Ford Ranger XLT SuperCrew Off-Road for about a week. I’ve been wanting a truck for a while, so when we returned to the dealership, I showed my wife the truck and told her I wanted to take it for a test drive. Our salesman was Daryl Ball, whom I had worked with about a month earlier when I almost purchased an IONIQ 5. I told Daryl which vehicle I wanted to drive and what numbers I needed to make the deal work. In the end, I traded in my 2022 Kona and drove home in the Ranger! Daryl was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was honest, listened to what we wanted, and never made us feel pressured. He didn’t play the typical dealership games that you sometimes experience elsewhere. The whole process was straightforward, friendly, and stress-free. I would highly recommend Daryl Ball at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon to anyone looking for an honest, no-pressure, no-games experience when purchasing a vehicle. He made us feel like family, and that really made all the difference. Thanks, Daryl, for making the experience such a great one!

Shari, my service writer was absolutely amazing getting - Kevinedwards67

Shari, my service writer was absolutely amazing getting my truck in and done in 2 days. I had that dreadful DEF se dealer light come on and that is usually a huge problem. Shari was able to find the parts locally instead of ordering them to get me back on the road she also stayed in touch with me on the progress. I can’t thank you enough Shari. Thank you.

They were very helpful in getting us into a vehicle that - TURTLE5000

They were very helpful in getting us into a vehicle that fit our needs. My only concern is that they would call and set up an appointment to get our towing package installed and we have not heard from them

They sold me a car without a title. - Beelizabeth

They sold me a car without a title. When I took it back to them, they bent over backwards to make things right for me. We found a vehicle that was almost a perfect exchange for the car I was returning. But it was at a different dealership in Bountiful. Mike Cheadle called them to arrange to buy it from them and drove up and got it while I waited. It is a year newer, about the same mileage as the one I returned and at a lower cost so I could buy it outright with the money I had instead of having to finance part of the cost. If I need another car, I will definitely go back.

Comfortable, no pressure, very informative, friendly. - 1missionary

It was comfortable, there was no pressure, Barry was very informative, friendly, knowledgeable, he took the time to explain all the details of the care. There wasn't very much gas in the car to really take a good test drive. But we got the idea.

Incredible Experience, never enjoyed car buying before this! - Don56

Here is a dealership that makes car buying a pleasure. They truly made the process so smooth and easy. I spent more time at the bank, than I did at the dealership. Initially I was there as an observer, as my daughter had found a car she was interested in checking out. Second time, I returned her car for a promised repair. They made the repair, and my wife and I left with another car to test drive. Both purchases were so nice, no pressure, negotiating was simple and pleasant. We now have two fantastic vehicles in the family, and I will definitely return when looking for another in the future!!! Kellen was my salesman, and Jake was my daughter's, both were awesome!

The Auto Savvy Draper location is now my top - Ashly Tibbitts

The Auto Savvy Draper location is now my top recommendation for purchasing a new vehicle. The team was fantastic to work with!! The seamless process and straightforward interactions made my buying experience so smooth that I questioned whether I was dreaming or in an alternate universe. Thankfully it was all real and Xavier, Tyler, and Heather are officially my newest favorite auto people! I have never had a better buying experience. I have now purchased 4 vehicles through Auto Savvy and I will be going out of my way to ensure all of my future purchases happen out of the Draper location. I highly recommend anyone considering a vehicle purchase to work with this team!!

I recently had a great experience at Axio Auto - Joe Bishop

I recently had a great experience at Axio Auto Southtowne. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Stephen Carey was the salesman who helped me and made the entire purchase process straightforward and stress-free, answering all my questions without pressure. The vehicle was in excellent condition thanks to Josh Webb, who did a thorough job detailing it so it looked and felt nearly new when I picked it up. On the finance side, Carson secured me an amazing rate and clearly explained all the options so I felt confident in my decision. Overall, the team worked together really well and made the experience efficient, transparent, and genuinely pleasant.
