I have purchased and leased many vehicles here at Stewart and have been pleased with the service and the deals. I have dealt with John and Norman in service for my 2022 Chrysler 300 Limited and everything has been done right. On the sale side, my purchase was easy and they even delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife with a red bow for her to take pictures in our driveway which was a special touch and certainly very appreciative as I did not asked for that but I let it be known it was for her so that was nice. I recommend Stewart for your next vehicle and I will continue to use the service department for my car needs in the future.

Acura of Pleasanton is always my go to place whenever any of our Acura vehicles need service. It’s easy to make an appointment and the service staff are always accommodating, knowledgeable, and efficient. My last service advisor, Marisol Arvizu was great, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken cared of. I took my vehicle for one of the maintenance services required and I asked Marisol if she can help me figure out my car’s CarPlay feature which hasn’t been working with my mobile phone. She didn’t hesitate and immediately paired my phone with the car and got the CarPlay working in no time. She was also constantly updating me on the status of the service on my car and was very efficient at getting me out the door as soon as my car was done and I was satisfied with the service. It’s too bad this dealership is closing and looks like a new management is coming in.

I've been wanting an Acura TLX when Acura announced discontinuing the model for 2026. I emailed Edmond Kim months before coming by to see the car. He was very considerate & patient when making a decision if I wanted to buy the car. I ended up purchasing the car after reaching a deal that I'm comfortable paying for. The finance manager was amazing to work with, and probably the best one I've ever worked with. Shout out to Jean-Pierre for making the finance part of the deal stress-free & a pleasant experience. I've always dreaded the finance part of the car-buying experience, but Jean-Pierre was top-notch in taking care of the customer. Thanks so much!! The whole staff at Marin Acura are amazing to work with. I even met the General Manager, and she was also had a vibrant pleasant aura about her. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a new Acura. Make sure to ask for Edmond when you come here. Thanks Marin Acura for my new TLX.

We had a great experience from the very beginning, emailing questions back and forth and getting thorough answers, and we ended up going in and buying a car. The man we dealt with, Tito Cruz, was very honest, straightforward, and seemed to know what he was talking about. He never tried to lead us astray; he listened to what we wanted, and we ended up getting the exact car we wanted. The finance guy, Denzo, was the same: very good and straightforward. I don't know his last name, unfortunately, but he felt there were some things he needed to tell us, whether or not we were going to actually end up taking him up on the offer. Overall, it was generally a very good experience.

The Internet salesperson I dealt with is two-faced. When getting internet price quotes from Putnam Lexus, the same salesperson gave me two price quotes on two similar cars. The first price quote explained the details, and salesperson told me to make an appointment when I'm ready. The second email from the same person used slimy sales tactics (get in-store today or no deal) to try to high pressure me to close the deal as soon as possible without even having looked at the car. Therefore, buyer beware when dealing with sales here. Understand their sales strategies and tactics, and move at your pace, not theirs.

I had an appointment and they made we wait while they sold and financed other cars to other customers. I guess I come last. Johnny in finance is a user and he'll say anything to get what he wants. I can't believe I left work early for this. What a poor experience!
