He was honest and open since I arrived. Process was quick and easy. Cadillac Marin worked to get the best pricing and APR for used car financing. Car is driving flawless and without issues. We had such a wonderful experience at Lexus Marin and would highly recommend. We came in to look for a new car as we prepare to welcome our first baby, and after going to many other dealerships in the area (Acura, Jeep, Kia, Volkswagen/Audi), the experience here was so much better. We worked with Christ Michaud as our sales rep and he was amazing!! He was willing to work with us to find the best possible deal and we never felt pushed/pressured. He followed up after the purchase too and assisted with some minor things to work out after the purchase. I cannot recommend him enough. He was so much more informed than sales representatives we encountered at other dealerships and most importantly made it clear he wanted to help. We felt like he was honest and transparent in the purchase process which wasn’t something we encountered at other dealerships.

We were driving through Santa Rosa and decided to take a look at the Tacoma's. We were greeted by Lorena Ortiz. She asked how she could help us and immediately showed us what we were looking for. I appreciate her willingness to listen to our needs and help us out with making this a quick smooth purchase. We highly recommend her and a extra plus is that she is bilingual. Shout out to the dealership for taking care of there employees. We were fortunate to be there at the end of month and were offered food that is ordered for all there employees. It’s nice to see how they are cared for.

This is the second Volvo we have purchased from Volvo Marin and both times we worked with Tex Harrison. We sought him out for our second purchase as we had such a great experience the first time. Tex is so helpful with all our questions and concerns. He went through the whole vehicle with us before we left to make sure we were up to speed on any new updates. Whenever I have a lingering question he is super responsive and always gets back to us asap. I look forward to working with Tex in the future. The whole team at Volvo Marin is amazing. It's always a breeze to bring our car in for service check-ins. I only serviced my XC 90 with Volvo Marin and will continue to do so with our new XC 60. Thank you.

I really like this place. Look for the boat. The Manger or owner, what ever he was, I guess he is the head guy and he was closing and I was just driving by and he let me and my girlfriend in and talked to us for like 20 minutes on a Sunday night. I don't like car dealers but this place is different I think. I mean, who does that on a Sunday for someone that isn't even ready to buy a car?

My Service Advisor, Brandyn Tomkovic, was fantastic and took care of everything with professionalism and care. The dealership itself was very comfortable, with generous coffee, snacks, and a welcoming waiting area. I’ve never experienced a dealership that is so customer-conscious. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my Subaru was well taken care of.
