Called Columbia Honda about a new CRV Hybrid. Talked with Franci. After the test drive she guided me through the process to reserve a vehicle on order. After placing a. Deposit on the exact vehicle I wanted Franci kept me updated on production through delivery. The entire process was painless and easy. Even financing was easy with no hassles or extra fees. Columbia Honda did exactly what we had agreed to even though it took a little over a month for my new CRV to come in. Thanks!! More
