I had taken my car elsewhere just to get the run around and nothing actually addressed and fixed. We are very particular about our cars and Artie and Mike made sure that the car was absolutely flawless. They called and kept me updated throughout the process and were 100%transparent about pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to take any vehicle here in the future because of the amazing experience. Car repairs are costly and inconvenient but they made it such an easy and stress free process. More

Each of tge salesmen i worked with were really great but i have to say that Tim Sterling was by far my favorite. He was thorough and attentative without being high pressure. He gave me tge freedom to shop on my own and yet always available when i needed him. It made for an easy and pleasant shopping experience. I HIGHLY recommend Tim Sterling and Klaben Ford. "Body repair and Rim Replacement" Everyone was really nice but when I went to pick up my car the tire PSI was at 27. I let the manager know and he said someone must of forgot to fill i Everyone was really nice but when I went to pick up my car the tire PSI was at 27. I let the manager know and he said someone must of forgot to fill it, then the next morning the PSI dropped to 20. So I had to take it back and wait several days to fix a tire stem. Good customer service but not the best body shop to go too. More

So asked mike Brandvold my service writer (who is also the greatest) where to get them he said talk to Artie at the body shop. Artie helped me out a while ago and I never thought to call them. Went to see Artie he took care of everything got the painted right away and with four days had them installed they look great. Artie was great really took care of me. Like I’ve always said Klaben is the only dealership that makes you feel like family. More
