Drove from Jacksonville Florida to Miami to go to this car. They knew that we were coming away 15 minutes before we got to the dealership all of a sudden they did not have the car and the car was some unk car. They knew that we were coming away 15 minutes before we got to the dealership all of a sudden they did not have the car and the car was some unknown auction that we found out does not exist. They were not able to locate the car. They could not show us the car at all. And that’s supposedly a bidder offering 3k over MRSP. When we got there they had us talk to the manager. When they realized that there was no convincing us of getting another car, they told us “so sorry.” Wasted 10 hours on a Sunday before work on Monday. We both have good credit scores over 800 and would have been an easy sale on their part. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Shady practices. More

This is my second time working with Lexus of North Miami, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first time was when I leased my Lexus, and this time I came back to renew my lease. My sales consultant, Carlos Cuervo, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new car. The finance team, Danielle and Anna, were also amazing. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the paperwork process easy and efficient. Overall, this dealership continues to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend Carlos in sales, along with Danielle and Anna in finance, if you’re considering a Lexus. More
