Other dealers that I visited did not appear they wanted to work with us and provided a take it or leave it strategy. well that did not work and i am disappointed i didn't look at klaben sooner. it all started with tyler's immediate communication back to me on a weekend and then christine's attentiveness to my questions followed by angela's attention to detail that solidified my purchase. I can't say enough good things about Klaben Ford. I had a problem with tires on a leased vehicle and the took the time to meet with, examined my tires and offered solutions for down the road.
