I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

From the minute my husband and I met Matt we liked his relaxed demeanor! No pushy aggressive sales talking! He just talked to us like a friend and made us feel comfortable! He knows these cars VERY well and could answer our questions without having to look up the information on his phone! He let us take our time looking at the different SUV’s and did not try to make us stay when we told him we wanted to sleep on our decision! The next morning we called and changed our mind to a different car and he was willing to pull all the information on that car and told us all about it! From beginning to end it was the best buying experience we have ever had! We will definitely buy our next vehicle from Matt! Great job Matt! More
