I have to say Scott Burghardt is a real professional even though I tried throwing him off his game at times, (Jokingly of course) he remained vigilant, courteous and professional. Thanks to David Klaben for recommending him to me. I highly recommend Klaben for their atmosphere of respect for their customers and themselves. Can’t leave out the Service department Tom Alcorn and Sean are top notch Managers who I enjoy thoroughly in our conversations. They really go above and beyond to make my service appointments go smoothly. From Mario, to Kim, Mona, Mike and all the rest of their team - Congratulations ! Always remember, like I did with Nestle “Be consistent and fair with whoever you come into contact with” That mindset is what taught me that people -everything, whether it’s business, manufacturing or customer service - A company is only as good as the people who work there. I stumbled upon Klaben’s website when searching online for a car. I saw that they had great reviews and once I was able to interact with their employees, I understood why. They are amazing!! Incredibly kind, helpful and people who genuinely wanted to help me find a car that met my needs. The dealership itself is very nice and clean. I was immediately greeted by someone when I parked and got out of my car. They offered me coffee as soon as I walked in which was very thoughtful! Great experience overall! Let me talk about all of the great people I worked with! Once I inquired with Klaben about purchasing a car, Bo Stewart reached out immediately. He was always prompt and available to answer my questions (even on his days off). I always felt that Bo genuinely cared about finding me the car that I wanted (my beautiful 2023 Ford Bronco!). He understood my needs and never pushed me to make decisions. I can’t say enough about how great he was. He made this process so easy and fun! The day I picked up my car, he spent time making sure that I knew everything I needed to know about it and provided me with a ton of other resources. I also wanted to give a shout-out to Christine who was also helping Bo help me! I believe she was also working on her day off to make sure I could come to Klaben the next day and pick up my new car. It was so appreciated! I also had the pleasure of speaking with Doug. He was excited to talk to me about Broncos because he has one, and he gave me some good advice about the car. Angela in Finance made financing with Ford SO easy! She explained each document that I signed and provided me with all copies. I had extra questions about warranties and she answered everything with a smile. Usually signing papers can take forever, but I was out of Angela’s office in less than 10 minutes. She was great to work with! I live two hours from Klaben, but I would hands down go back and buy another vehicle (and just even get my car serviced) from the dealership and Bo. I had a great experience! More

They worked with me to find a vehicle that was within budget as well as working with me to get a good warranty plan on it. Finance was quick, I worked with David Mitchell and Bo Allen as my salesmen, truly professional! There was a couple of small issues that needed repaired on the vehicle and klaben went out of the way to fix this and even provided a loaner plus a full detail on the vehicle I purchased! I will not go anywhere else except klaben for any future purchases and I will recommend klaben to anyone needing a vehicle!! More
