I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

I saw a car online and headed to Klaben to check it out. I was impressed with the David Mitchell, salesman who helped us. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Branden stepped in to save the day when Chris couldn’t be there the day I picked up my vehicle. He was great- spent time going over all the neat features and gave tips and tricks AND he even transferred over there the day I picked up my vehicle.
