I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Mid November my father was involved in an accident and needed collision work done on his GMC Terrain. My previous dealings, I knew there was only one place in mind, Klaben. I spoke to Artie after the acci needed collision work done on his GMC Terrain. My previous dealings, I knew there was only one place in mind, Klaben. I spoke to Artie after the accident, and coordinated with Chris to drop off the vehicle. Insurance was quick to deem a total loss which was unacceptable so Artie and myself fought and finally got the insurance to approve repairs. Repair process was seamless, vehicle came out better than new! Much thanks for the entire team at Klaben Body Shop! As always, thanks to the entire organization for the continued help over the years!
