Hello! I am a repeat customer of Klaben Ford (Kent, Ohio). My first purchase was a new 2019 Ford Raptor, and this latest purchase is a 2021 Raptor. Mr. Chris Volk was the sales person from whom I purch Ohio). My first purchase was a new 2019 Ford Raptor, and this latest purchase is a 2021 Raptor. Mr. Chris Volk was the sales person from whom I purchased the 2019 Raptor; and he helped me order the 2021 Raptor in June 2021. Mr, Volk is highly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly! He kept me informed throughout the wait time all the way through delivery. Mr. Robert Simon was such a pleasure to work with! He was gracious and provided exceptional customer service from the moment of lining up my credit application through me driving off the lot in my new truck. Mr. Simon was very kind to have picked me up at the Cleveland Airport (I flew in from Virginia), and it was fun to speak to a fellow car enthusiast. He showed all the details of the new truck, and I particularly appreciated his help to show me the new electronics, pairing my phone, and setting up the Ford mobile app for the new truck. Mrs. Denise Miller is likely the most fun F&I manager with whom I have done business (I’ve bought more than thirty personal cars so far…). She is efficient yet friendly. She ensured that my finance needs were addressed by reviewing multiple rates and payment scenarios. Chris, Robert, and Denise really make Klaben an outstanding Ford dealership.
