Having an honest dealership is rare, so I'm glad we have Cleveland Toyota here in our area. This is my 2nd vehicle I've purchased through them with Kenny Jones being my repeat salesman. Kenny's knowledge of the vehicles, both new and used, are super helpful. With my wife's brand new Rav4 Hybrid last month and now my used 2022 Tundra, he's been very knowledgeable and upfront about everything, and even on the phone he has been super responsive anytime I call. We'll be back for my 2nd daughter's car for sure because we love the reliability and quality of Toyota vehicles and this particular dealership is far superior to the rest. I also want to give a shout out to our finance person Crystal Thompson who is always so thorough and pretty quick with our financing, and just a kind-hearted person in general. The floor managers and service ladies at the front desk who are always kind make a big impression as well, and the other salesmen who never fail to greet us on our way in and always open the doors for my wife and daughters like gentlemen should. Had a great used vehicle at an unbeleivable price. They also immediately ordered new front rotors for the vehicle after I'd noticed the breaks pulsing a bit (no negotiation necessary). They even allowed me bay time with a mechanic to verify the computer diagnostics and mechanical condition of the vehicle. Salesman Gregg Bain was excellent, and genuinely cared. Between the day of the test drive and the day I came back for final purchase, I think he remembered every word out of my mouth. Great guy. Highly recommend this dealer. More
