The dealership is very clean and organized. It feels different than other dealerships, much more professional. My salesperson (Mike Pascucci) and the sales manager (Tom DeLuca) were very profes It feels different than other dealerships, much more professional. So I was just checking kbb values on my car and I guess they sent my info to these guys. I told them that and the only I would even consider was a GR Corolla. Which prior to this I was never able to find o they sent my info to these guys. I told them that and the only I would even consider was a GR Corolla. Which prior to this I was never able to find or drive one. To my surprised they said yes come on in. The car was ready for me and everything went smoothly until pricing. I was already aware since covid they been add xx charges to all their cars but they also dont make up for that with their trade numbers. they offered me less then the offers i got and added 1400$ on their car. eventually they honored part of the online price but we were still about 1000-2000$ apart. No manger got involved and that happens alot here. They are usually atleast professional but the added charges and lack of desire to make a sale are deal breakers. I was hoping to finalize something since we werent too far off. But no follow up. PS note after i checked the insurance i foundout the gr corolla has an insanely high insurance rate. And i am 46 with clean license. More
