Terrible experience and worst customer service. I bought a brand new jeep. No one educated me on how to use it, pull doors off or take the top down. I wouldn’t know how to use 4 wheel drive or any know abou a brand new jeep. No one educated me on how to use it, pull doors off or take the top down. I wouldn’t know how to use 4 wheel drive or any know about any special features. They didn’t fill up the tank with gas, didn’t check in and didn’t schedule an appointment like they said they would to bring the car back to get added stuff out on. As soon as they got my money, they didn’t care about me after leaving. Manager is extremely rude and not helpful. I left the dealership with no paperwork, no spare key and no gas. I wouldn’t recommend this place and honestly with what I know know wish I could take the car back! More

NEVER trust these people. I bought a 2017 Pacifica in 2018 with 11,000 miles or so on it. Only to have major problems with it accelerating all by itself. I took it to them and the service department want 2018 with 11,000 miles or so on it. Only to have major problems with it accelerating all by itself. I took it to them and the service department wanted to know more details about “THE-ACCIDENT?!?!?!”. I never had an accident. They had the car for 3 weeks while I paid for a rental. It was fixed temporarily. The same problem came back and I told the sales manager I lost faith in the car, it was wrecked when I bought it. I mean, my wife and 3 kids are literally in a car that tries to take off by itself. Just put me in something similar around the same price and I’d be a happy customer and return business. The Manager Donnie, accused me a wrecking it and they did nothing to fix the car. I traded it in over at Nash. The xxxx thing only had 31,000 miles and it wouldn’t pass emissions and still had the same problem. Go to Nash for your next car. Or if you do buy anything from them... make xxxx sure you get a car fax. I really wish I had. More

Kneico is a great salesman and was very helpful in getting me the Jeep I wanted. However, my experience at Rick Hendrick was less than stellar. I was called back to the dealership 4 times after my ori getting me the Jeep I wanted. However, my experience at Rick Hendrick was less than stellar. I was called back to the dealership 4 times after my original purchase to redo financial paperwork. On one of these visits, I witnessed a very unprofessional sales manager yelling & cussing at the salesmen. It made me very uncomfortable and I was embarrassed for the employee. It was also a huge hassle and waste of my personal time to have to drive from Grayson to Duluth 4 additional times to complete paperwork that should've been done correctly the first time. I also feel lied to. The last financial person I spoke to told me that "wear & tear" would be covered by my finance company. I have since learned that is not the case. While I would recommend Kneico, I would not recommend Rick Hendrick. They have soured what should've been a great Jeep buying experience. I am a teacher and this year has been absolutely horrible. I thought I would treat myself to my dream Jeep, but all I got was swindled. More
