We spotted this 2025 Toyota RAV4 plug-in XSE on the Internet. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price and drove all the way down to Lancaster from Sonora to pick up the car. They took almost $30000 as a down payment for 2023 Toyota Tundra, which broke down in less than 5 days. Now it needs a new engine, they refused to help us get a new one or give us our money back. They wanted me to walk out with a Chevy with almost 100k miles on it. They’re a joke n desperate. Now I’m handling the situation with a lawyer. The actual buying process was good, but service department is horrible. The service department and the reaction of management when I complained was very very disappointing. Wish I would have never bought a vehicle from them!!!!! They basically ruined what should have been a happy day. Service manager is an embarrassment and the general sales manger is very condescending. The GM Mr Yeager did help out in the end but still not happy and will never be. Really disappointing and dont even want the truck anymore and have contacted Toyota corporate. More
