is at the end of my service, I was in your waiting room, but the service rep called me on the phone to tell me my car was ready. I specifically had c
is at the end of my service, I was in your waiting room, but the service rep called me on the phone to tell me my car was ready. I specifically had concerns about my battery and tires, neither of which he addressed, I had to ask for him to tell me it was fine. I paid, then went to wait for my car. The guy came to me, verified my receipt, then pointed to the parking in front of the new car showroom. Fine, it was close, but I also had to remove the seat plastic, protective paper on the floor and the tags on my dash and find a trash can to put them in. I also did not receive that diagnostic paper with the red, yellow, green squares that tell you if you need to be concerned about various items. I'm still giving you 5 stars because you all really are great, but please don't start going downhill. These are small things, but they mean a lot.
