I have always hated the car buying process, but I had heard that buying from Klaben was different - they were so right! Dave (on his last day before retirement) made the process so easy - actually fun! heard that buying from Klaben was different - they were so right! Dave (on his last day before retirement) made the process so easy - actually fun! He answered all my questions, made the process smooth and did not hassle with unnecessary items. And then Jenn finished off the process like no other finance person I have ever worked with. No pressure, just matter of fact. Dave called me the next day to see if everything was ok, and I emailed Jenn about a question and she got right back to me. Not like any car buying experience I have ever had. I will be back for maintenance, my next purchase and will recommend this dealership to friends and family. Thank you!!! More

Dear Mr. Klaben, please know that my entire experience from start to finish was 100% positive. Bo and David were particularly helpful ,patient ,knowledgeable and professional without the pushiness! Had from start to finish was 100% positive. Bo and David were particularly helpful ,patient ,knowledgeable and professional without the pushiness! Had an issue with a speaker(subwoofer) upon obtaining the vehicle and they , along with Pat in service ,handled it immediately. When I returned the next day for service,Bo and David had given me a $50 gift card for my trouble! Jen in finance was extremely pleasant as well.
