I drove from Lakewood Ranch to purchase a new Lexus at the same place I had purchased my last one. I had a terrible experience and walked out. Simply gently telling me everything about the new X3 I had inquired about. Never thinking about buying a BMW. Guess what I walked out with? Lol!! Charlie and his nonpressured selling sure sold me!! He has also contacted me 3 times in 10 days to make sure I don't need anything and I'm doing ok!! Lots of goodies on these models! Thank you Charlie Fernandes!
