Service Department - Busy Monday Morning My new RAV4 had an unusual noise, but only intermittent - difficult to evaluate. My new 2019 Toyota RAV 4 is the first Toyota I have ever purchased. I love it! By searching on line, I identified Oakbrook Toyota as having the best customer reviews for sales and service in my area, with purchased. I love it! By searching on line, I identified Oakbrook Toyota as having the best customer reviews for sales and service in my area, with excellent online pricing. My 10,000 mile Service at Oakbrook Toyota was an excellent experience. Leon was my Service Rep and he did a great job of welcoming us inspecting my vehicle and managing the entire visit. He made sure we were comfortable and informed of progress. When the service was completed, He explained the report to us and coordinated the check out process. The Service Waiting Room is comfortable with excellent seating and appears to have been remodeled recently too. We are very happy with Oakbrook Toyota! More
