TRANSMISSION FLUID IS CHANGED AT 150000 MILES SO WHY IS MY TRANSMISSION BAD AT 76000 JOHN TREHEY OUR SERVICE MANAGER HAS BEEN GREAT WITH US HERE AT CURRIE FORD LISTENING TO OUR FRUSTRATION AND TRYING TO HELP US THANKS JOHN NO THANKS TO FORD CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE I ALSO HAVE A FORD EDGE. Last vehicle I got was a 2020 Premium Mustang GT California Special. We factory ordered it and got it within 6 weeks. Pete gave me a play by play along the way which made it exciting! John Trehey saved the day. While traveling across country in my brand new 2021 Thor Challenger 37' Class A coach the check engine light illuminated. Not knowing if I could safely make it back to California f in my brand new 2021 Thor Challenger 37' Class A coach the check engine light illuminated. Not knowing if I could safely make it back to California from Frankfort, IL I scheduled an appointment with Currie Motors Ford. This dealership doesn't usually work on Class A RV's so my expectations were low that they would be able to help but John Trehey had different plans. John and his team quickly diagnosed the fault code to a mis-firing spark plug. The corrective action was to replace the spark plug wires but unfortunately they did not have the parts on hand. John made a few calls and was able to locate the parts and have them over night expressed to Currie Ford. By noon the next day the spark plug wires were replaced and the check engine light extinguished. John was very professional and went the extra mile to find the wiring needed to fix my coach. He called me after hours to keep me in the loop and also texted the following day to assure me his team was taking care of business. I highly recommend this dealership!!!! Semper Fi D. McCallen More
