Dealt with Dave and Assistant Manager Karl Alvarez in which stated that he has been in the auto industry for 20+ years but couldn't answer some of the questions I had. More

What a wonderful experience it was stoping by Ferman BMW and getting the chance to meet the team. No matter who I dealt with it felt like I was in good hands. My hat goes to Thomas Berges though, he was my and getting the chance to meet the team. No matter who I dealt with it felt like I was in good hands.
