Enter Klaben Ford. They made the ordering process easy. From the moment I placed my first order in 2021, they walked me through each step and confirmed what I wanted. When Ford announced they could not deliver for 2021, Klaben contacted me to place the order for 2022. They ensured I did not lose my place in the queue and also raised awareness of new options for the new model year. They even informed me I could use my family Z-plan without them marking up the price like many other dealerships do! I just picked up my Bronco on May 18 and I could not be happier. It was spotless when I got it and they even installed add-ons purchased at point of sale. Branden Johnson is a class act, and that is why this is not the first vehicle I have purchased from Klaben and won't be my last! Their service department is also top notch, and Kim Wolfram is second to none! I have been around and understand that the car industry is full of absolute sleazebags, but Rich has a well oiled machine! I am a proud and grateful Klaben customer! More
