There has never and I mean never been a time that I called and didn't immediately get a reply and a time to bring in my Focus. If I needed a loaner, it was available. Sometimes it was so nice I didn' called and didn't immediately get a reply and a time to bring in my Focus. If I needed a loaner, it was available. Sometimes it was so nice I didn't want to give it back! Even if I brought my car in for an unscheduled oil change, I was in and out quickly and they washed my car to boot! I will always be glad that I bought and service my car at Klaban's. More
