The Klaben experience was one of the best - if not the best - car buying experiences we have had, and was well worth the hour-plus drive to get there. From the minute we walked in the door, we were made best - car buying experiences we have had, and was well worth the hour-plus drive to get there. From the minute we walked in the door, we were made to feel welcome. Our salesman, Tim Sterling, was top-notch. He answered our questions, followed our order every step of the way, and spent a lot of time going over the features and operation of our new car. He absolutely lives up to his name - he's "Sterling"! And Jenn Bowen, who took care of all the paperwork we needed to sign, was also friendly, very capable, and a great representative of the dealership. We will definitely recommend Klaben to our friends and family. And we'll be back again! More
