I bought my car at Klaben and they are the only place that has serviced my car in over 15 years for oil changes with the Works package, fully synthetic. I've had friends change from other Ford dealers to Klaben saying they got way better service. Any service advisor at Klaben will do a good job for you and I've had Mike as my advisor for 15 years doing a great job and recently told me to reschedule my new tires for two weeks till the deals came thru bye 3 get 1 for $1 which saved me money. The inspection videos are great too letting you see what the service person sees with your car on the lift and checking the exhaust, brakes, suspension, with running comments so you know exactly what they see. More
