I experienced an on-going problem with the passenger side mirror on my pre-owned/certified vehicle. It was difficult to replicate as it was a very intermittent problem. Mike and Robert collaborated to de mirror on my pre-owned/certified vehicle. It was difficult to replicate as it was a very intermittent problem. Mike and Robert collaborated to determine the cause of the issue - (I dealt with both service advisors at different times), and were able to fix the mirror. Since the repair, my mirror has been functioning perfectly! More

I used the mobile service and Richard was prompt, courteous and did a great job. My only issue was getting the service advisor in the main service department to call me back when leaving a message. ( courteous and did a great job. My only issue was getting the service advisor in the main service department to call me back when leaving a message. (Never did receive a return call for message left over 2 weeks ago.) My second call to the main service number was about a week later and I requested the mobile service, which was excellent. If not for the mobile service, I would consider taking my car elsewhere for service due to the lack of response. It was not the first time this has occurred. More

The whole team at Klaben Ford Lincoln is absolutely terrific! They work hard to make sure you leave with the vehicle and payment that makes you happy!
