My wife and I were greeted by Brandon Pritchett, service advisor as Mike Brandvold our assigned advisor was not available at that time. Brandon asked if I would assist him in the service lane in the inspec advisor as Mike Brandvold our assigned advisor was not available at that time. Brandon asked if I would assist him in the service lane in the inspection of lights on our vehicle . I did so and all was well. Brandon then proceeded to check windshield wipers, tested our battery and topped off our washer fluid. Within minutes our repair order was printed for a 15K maintenance and multipoint inspection while Brandon inquired about allowing them to check our vehicle's alignment at no cost unless an out-of-spec situation was found. I agreed. On return to pick up our vehicle we met with Mike Brandvold and our repair order was closed out within a few minutes. The maintenance had been performed, alignment was found to be within spec, therefore no charge and our vehicle had been washed. Mike offered to walk us out to our serviced vehicle and thanked us for our business. What a pleasure doing business with this organization. More

For the past 14 months, I have had the pleasure of working with Louis Polos and Michael Ulz as we all patiently waited for my Bronco to be made. They made sure to update me throughout the process and working with Louis Polos and Michael Ulz as we all patiently waited for my Bronco to be made. They made sure to update me throughout the process and took time to help me customize the Bronco with all of the specs I wanted. Other dealerships were padding the MSRP but Klaben stuck to their word and did not which was a huge relief. I worked with Denise in finance and she was great, too! There were no surprises. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you thank you thank you! More
