We were told that it would only take 1-1 1/2 hours if we waited- we told our person we were waiting....I checked in 4 times to see if the car was done-our person told us he would come get us immediately whe waited- we told our person we were waiting....I checked in 4 times to see if the car was done-our person told us he would come get us immediately when it was done .. then disappeared- finally after 2 hours with numerous unmasked people coughing in the waiting area.. I asked a women at the check in desk who was reading a book about our car car.. she told us she could not help us.. our person was no where to be found.. We went outside and saw our car parked along the back.. we asked someone if it was done and he said it was and removed the paper covering from the car and gave us our keys and we drove it away from where it was parked-ridiculous! No text- no person coming to get us -having to sit in a super spreader area with everyone unmasked and coughing! .And a lot of staff doing nothing!!!! Who knows how much longer we would have had to wait if I had not gone looking for our car!! Worse experience ever! We have bought several cars from Maita-Very disappointed!!!! More
