I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Mona Crooks is extremely knowledgeable and professional and a huge reason why I have been going to Klaben for service for years. I would like to buy a car from them also, but the price has always seem high and a huge reason why I have been going to Klaben for service for years. I would like to buy a car from them also, but the price has always seem higher than the Neighbor and dealerships. Oh well, I’m guessing they make more off the service anyways. More
