Attentive, Courteous and Personable Service Last Tuesday I was trying to make a minute service appointment with MBOTW for an "auxiliary battery malfunction" warning. They did not have an appointment available that fit my immediate need. The person who answered the phone asked if it was OK to put me on hold for a moment. She then returned to the phone a moment later and said to come in and they would try to accommodate me. I was very grateful and immediately drove from across town to the dealership which is located near my home. I was immediately greeted by my service advisor Mark Escobar and we spoke about my concerns. He informed me that my vehicle also had a "recall" that could be attended to while the other service was being done and they also gave my car a courtesy wash. While I was waiting for my services to completed I was approached by two members of management, first Nic Botusan approached me and greeted me by name. He has a very friendly caring manner. Then a little bit later I was approached by Anthony Walding who happens to be the Service Manager. He also greeted me by name. He is very knowledgeable about the products they service and has helped me on many occasions with my current and previous vehicles. As as customer is it very important to feel that my needs are being met by the people who I entrust to provide a service. Especially my vehicle which is used, in my case, on a daily basis. Every time I visit this dealership I am confident that I have made a good if not great decision entrusting them to do the job right the first time. Over the many years that I have done business with Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands I have never been let down. I rate my experience with Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands "Beyond Exceptional". More

Skip Greenway and head to The Woodlands MBZ dealership I live about two miles from the Greenway Mercedes dealership. I bought a "pre-owned" car there several years ago. It was the last day of the month-- salesman told me to take the car and come back and they would fix a small dent. They then refused to fix it the next week. So I've purchased several used Mercedes since then at various dealerships. When I saw how far this one was from my house, I was unsure if it was worth it. But I really liked the car. Well, it's definitely worth the trip. Kriss Arbury and the staff were very helpful. They have called several times to make sure everything is fine. They sent the license plates to me by Fed Ex so I wouldn't have to drive up there. They sent a video on how to program my garage door. I understand it is a family-owned dealership so they seem to be very focused on customer service. Highly recommend. More

Awesome customer experienced by Erich Beasley! Erich did an awesome job of helping us find the right car I was looking for. After one test drive, Erich knew exactly what type of model I was looking for. We decided to get the new Mercedes E450 cab 2019. It has everything I wanted in the car and one of the best features - the self-park and all the safety that comes along with it. It is indeed the dream car that I have been wanting to drive and I couldn't stop being amazed by the German design and engineering. I mean no offense with American made but Mercedes Benz thought of everything you could possibly need. Erich continued to follow up and set me up for more learning about Mercedes Benz. He even helped and sent a tech to come over to the house to sync the garage door to my new Mercedes. When I came by to the Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands they even offer free car wash and while waiting at the beautiful lounge the employees are very pleasant and Nic was nice to even make a short conversation and ask how I like the car. Overall my whole experienced with Erich Beasley and everyone in this place exceeded my expectation... Love it!!! Jazz N. More

Kriss and Joe (the manager), as well as all the staff (Arturo and Nic hey!) are just great to deal with. Never have I had a question about my vehicle not be answered. The service staff is also very prompt and competent - not that you need them much as these cars are so problem free. It makes car buying or leasing a dream. I leased my first Mercedes in 2016 and it was such a great experience at this dealership that I bought a pre-owned one for my daughter. I am on my second leased vehicle and love it. Don't go anywhere else in the North Houston area for your Benz! More

I purchased two cars at this time. The only problem in the purchase was the delivery time. The new model release from Germany was a bit of a problem. But the dealership was very accommodating through the transaction. My salesman was Erich Beasley. His sales method is no pressure, very laid back and easy going. He is very knowledgeable of the product lines. It is nice to ask a detailed question and get an answer that is right and not, "let me check on that". More

When we decided to go forward, we got in touch with Marcos, and he did everything he could to have the car ready and the deal done within 24 hours. Very friendly staff, wonderful techs to show us how to use the many gadgets and widgets, very quick responses with questions. Great all-around experience. More

Rosario met me as soon as I walked in and introduced me to Nick the sales manager. After looking over the car I went to the finance department and Harry and Paula made things very easy. While I was doing this David went over the car with my wife showing her how every thing worked and answered any questions she had. Yesterday I had a question concerning the radio and I called Rosario. She immediately had David call me back and he solved my problem in less than a minute. I would no doubt purchase another vehicle from them in the future. More
