Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood refused to honor the warranty on my 2017 Lincoln MKC. The transmission failed at 29,000 miles and I was told it was due to the uneven ware of my tires. The car had just p warranty on my 2017 Lincoln MKC. The transmission failed at 29,000 miles and I was told it was due to the uneven ware of my tires. The car had just passed the state inspection and was told the tires were fine. After 3 weeks of sitting in their lot and receiving different reasons from service, the general manager and Lincoln corporate, I had to have it towed to an independent transmission dealer who told me there was no abuse to the car and this was a Lincoln issue!!! More
