I previously left a positive review for this company because I believed they were honest and transparent. Unfortunately, after my experience, I have realized that was a mistake. The vehicle I purchased because I believed they were honest and transparent. Unfortunately, after my experience, I have realized that was a mistake. The vehicle I purchased had several issues that the dealership clearly promised to repair. Before purchasing the car, I specifically requested a full diagnostic report. Ryan provided me with a diagnostic from 2025 and assured me that all existing issues would be fixed as long as they were not external problems. However, the work was never fully completed. After picking up the vehicle from the dealership, the check engine light came back on while I was driving home. This was extremely concerning because I had already discussed this exact issue with Tom before leaving the car with them for repairs, and he assured me it would be taken care of. Because I no longer trusted the condition of the vehicle, I paid for my own diagnostic. The results revealed serious problems that should have been addressed before the car was returned to me. Based on the findings, I am now afraid to even drive the vehicle due to potential safety risks. When I contacted the dealership to resolve the issue, I spoke with a representative named Vell, who identified himself as a sales manager. He refused to address the unfinished repairs and stated that they only sell Volvo vehicles, even though they sold me a Mercedes. He also said that Regina, the service manager, stated there was nothing they could do. This response is completely unacceptable. Promises were made before the sale that were never honored, and now the dealership is refusing to take responsibility for unfinished repairs on a vehicle they sold. I feel completely deceived by this dealership. It appears that once they received payment, they no longer cared about the condition of the vehicle or the safety of their customer. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I will be pursuing every available option to have this situation properly addressed. More
