With the guidance and mentoring I received from my Father, Al Klaben Sr., I have remained true to the core principles upon which our business was founded. We have been dealing with Klaben for 18 years ! we recently moved to the west side, about an hour away ! Louis was very patient, which was great because pushy never gets anywhere with me. We test drove three cars, left to discuss pros and cons and then returned to purchase.
