I had a recall on my ML350. I was offered to have the work done at a MD service center close to my home. Due to the great customer service I always receive at MB of Annapolis and my representative, Ale work done at a MD service center close to my home. Due to the great customer service I always receive at MB of Annapolis and my representative, Alex Clothier, I chose to drive farther to have the work done by them! I have also had great experience with Rodd Bowman and I am always happy to see him and express my gratitude for his outstanding service. This is my second car from Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis within a year &usual they did not disappoint! Derek my salesperson again was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I think the whole management staff - Chris, Dean, Mike&Asher helped him find me my black&black GLB! ( on that note I'm enjoying the drive and getting great MPG!!) Our family has relied upon Sean Engelhard for his careful attention to the performance and service of our many Merced Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. Our family has relied upon Sean Engelhard for his careful attention to the performance and service of our many Mercedes over many years. He listens intently to our descriptions of "strange" ailments, thoughtfully analyzes possible causes based on his own deep experience, finds the right tech to continue the diagnosis and fix the issue, then follows up with us in his own clear way, with a smile. Hard to find anyone else that thorough, anywhere. His management, Rodd Bowman and 'Mac' McConnell, are always there to pitch in, too, when he needs help with getting management or tech support attention at MBUSA or in Stuttgart. And, they've been called on several times for us. So, we see your Service Team as a smoothly running machine that always delivers. More

Outstanding Sales and Service I've just purchased my third car and with each purchase the dealership gets better. I gave Wayne a description of the car I wanted with all the optio I've just purchased my third car and with each purchase the dealership gets better. I gave Wayne a description of the car I wanted with all the options and within 10 days he had it located. Within the next few days the car had been inspected by Rodd Bowman and his group and it was pronounced worthy of certifying. Between Wayne and Rodd a date for review and approval and acceptance was agreed and even though it was New Years Eve and the dealership was overwhelmed with those of us that wanted to complete the transaction in 2019, Wayne never lost his patience and the rest of the crew pitched in to help with completing the paperwork and sending me on my way. Larry had all the paperwork completed and was super efficient in closing. It was dark when I left so Wayne suggested I return after New Years so we could complete the review and familiarization. All done with assurances that if more was needed a phone call would satisfy my needs. I've dealt with Rodd and Chuck for almost 10 years and without a doubt they are the primary reason I return when my needs for another car arise. Great guys, and thanks for all the support for all these years. More
