Hello my name is Scott and I have been working at Honda of Lincoln for 20 years. I grew up in Chanute, Kansas where I originally wanted to become a professional golfer. I am now currently the Used Car Manager at Honda of Lincoln. In my spare time I like to do wood work, golf and spend time with my family. I am married to my wife Angela and we have 3 children, Damon, Ceci and Michael. Some fun facts about me are that I enjoy listening to 80’s music, my favorite meal is steak and my favorite movie is The Warriors. I make the experience at Honda of Lincoln different because I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people every day. I like to get to know our customers and help them throughout their ownership experience. My motto is “Smile- it increases your face value.”

Russ welcomed me with a smile and showed me the car I wanted to look at and when I said I need to go look at a few other locations he gave me his business card and told me to let him know if he could hel wanted to look at and when I said I need to go look at a few other locations he gave me his business card and told me to let him know if he could help. I left and came back after a time! Russ once again showed me the car i had asked to look at the first tim. We went over specific needs as I use a wheelchair. Russ was very willing to work with me to get me what I needed. There were questions that I needed to find the answers to regarding my Ford and it's hand controls before coming to a final sale. He sadi no worries and waited a few days for me to get the information I needed. Russ has been VERY patient and polite working with me and the complications that come with buying a car and equiping it with hand controls. He is taking my Honda to the shop for the instalation of hand controls since I can not drive it myself. We went over some of the items on how to operate the Honda but soon realized we should wait until I can actually operate the car myself! I am confident that Russ will be meeting with me right after I get my Honda back from the shop and it would not surprise me if he checks in with me once in a while in the future. He took a lot effort in making buying a car easy. Taking very good care of me. Russ is NOT a pushy person which is 100% why I came back to him. Russ is an huge assist to Honda of LIncoln. I was very pleased to find that Honda also helps with the added expense of ipurchase/instoallation of equipment in a car just to allow me to have the same freedom to drive as others. I left feeling like a part of the Honda of Lincoln Famly, Everyone involved in sale, trade in and financial - Very polite and explained everything very clearly. Thank You! Connie More
